How do I purchase gift cards?

We offer gift cards for both our online store and our Williams location.

For online orders, you'll find our gift cardsĀ here. Pick the amount you wish to purchase and follow the steps for check out. Recipients may receive a physical card or digital card. Delivery methods include email, home delivery, or pick up by the purchaser at our locations.

For our Williams gift cards, stop in any time during our store hours and pick up a physical card that your recipient can use any time at Stella's Kitchen on Williams.

What do I do with the totes?

Thank you for returning our totes!

Please place totes out the morning of delivery day and we'll swap them out when we deliver your order. Not ordering for a bit? Schedule a tote pick upĀ hereĀ and we'll add it on to our routes.

Where is your menu?

You can view all meals available this week in menu page. This selection changes weekly. You can order directly from the menu or you can order a kitchen selected meal plan. These meal plans are based on the current week's menu.

Do you offer home delivery?

We do! Just select this option from the drop down at check out. We currently delivery to the following areas :

Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Oregon City (and surrounding area), Camas, Vancouver (and surrounding areas), Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, Gladstone, Milwaukie, Sherwood, Tigard, Tualatin, and Newberg.

All meals are delivered in our insulated totes with ice packs. Orders should be promptly refrigerated upon delivery. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been delivered. If you will not be home during the delivery window, please be sure to leave a cooler out with ice packs. We will transfer your order for longer holding.

What's the difference between the sizes?

We offer two sizes for our menu ordering : regular and large

  • regular meals contain 4 oz cooked protein, plus sides
  • large meals contain 6 oz cooked protein, plus sides

We offer 3 sizes for our meal plans : small, regular, and large

  • small meals contain 3 oz cooked protein plus sides
  • regular meals contain 4 oz cooked protein, plus sides
  • large meals contain 6 oz cooked protein, plus sides

Our family meals are 12-15 oz cooked protein (depending on the meal), plus 3 servings of sides.

How do I pick the meals I receive?

For those who'd like to select their meals each week, we offer ordering directly from our menu locatedĀ here.

What's the different ways to order?

We offer 3 ways to order:

  • Order directly from the menu (you pick the meals)
  • Order a single week meal plan (we pick the meals, ordered a week at a time)
  • Start a subscription (we pick the meals, your card auto bills each week, all you need to do is pick up.

Our menu changes weekly, so no matter how you order, you'll receive different meals each week!

When do I order?

Our weekly menu goes live Tuesday night. All orders must be submitted FRIDAY by MIDNIGHT for meals the following week.

Orders placed between Saturday and Monday will be put on the following week's delivery schedule.

When do I get my meals?

We offer both home delivery and pick up at our Stella's location.

Home Delivery is available all over Portland (Monday) and Vancouver (Tuesday).

We offer pick up at Stella's Kitchen on Williams and Stella's Kitchen + Market on Monday

Can I pickup my order?

We offer order pick up at our Williams location and our Lake Oswego kitchen on Monday.

Pick up at Stella's Kitchen on Williams offers flexible pick up once orders have been delivered. You'll receive an email once your order has been delivered Monday afternoon. Orders must be picked up by Thursday at 6:00.

Pick up at Stella's Kitchen + Market is every Monday from 10-4. Orders must be picked up by Tuesday at 4:00.

No refunds/credits are given for orders not picked up within the pick up window.

What's the difference between Paleo and Primal?

Both Paleo and Primal diets focus on lifestyle and diet. While similar, they do have some differences. When meals are concerned, a Primal meal MAY include grass-fed organic dairy or White rice in place of cauliflower rice.

How many calories are in the meals?

We work in terms of macros, but calorie in our meals will range from 300-650 depending on the composition and size of the meal.

How do I heat my meals?

Meals can be reheated in the microwave, oven, toaster oven, and stove top. Containers are oven safe at 350F for up to 30 minutes.

MicrowaveĀ : remove lid, garnishes and portion containers. Cover with paper towel and heat 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave.

Oven/toaster oven :Ā Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove lid, garnishes, and portion containers. Place on center rack, allow to reheat until thoroughly hot.

Stove topĀ : Heat cast iron pan on medium heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil/coconut oil/ghee to pan. Empty contents into pan and cover. Heat over medium heat until thoroughly hot. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed.
