Our menu updates every Tuesday evening for ordering. Orders are due Friday by midnight each week for delivery on Monday (Portland area) and Tuesday (Vancouver area)

Orders placed after this deadline will be delivered the following week.

What are the differences in sizes?

We offer 3 sizes for our meal plans: small, regular, and large

  • small meals contain 3 oz cooked protein, plus sides
  • regular meals contain 4 oz cooked protein, plus sides
  • large meals contain 6 oz cooked protein, plus sides

Can I customize my meal?

Due to the nature of meal prep, we are unable to to customize meals past the options provided when ordering

Is it always the same meals?

No! We want your meal prep experience to stay new and exciting so we update our menu weekly, following the season so we can utilize all the great ingredients we have in the Northwest!
