Welcome to Stella’s Kitchen. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stella’s Kitchen website, your purchase of meals and other products, and your participation in our delivery services.

By accessing our website or placing an order with Stella’s Kitchen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Stella’s Kitchen

Stella’s Kitchen provides prepared meals and related food products for purchase through our website and other authorized sales channels.

We reserve the right to modify our menu, products, pricing, availability, delivery areas, delivery schedules, and ordering requirements at any time.

2. Ordering

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Stella’s Kitchen.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, delivery address, and any applicable delivery instructions.

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has entered production or fulfillment.

Stella’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order when necessary, including due to product availability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and other applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Stella’s Kitchen reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, including after an order has been placed.

4. Delivery

Stella’s Kitchen offers delivery within designated service areas. Delivery availability is determined by your delivery address and current delivery capacity.

Available delivery days and time windows will be provided during the ordering process and may vary by location.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the scheduled delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, staffing, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complete access instructions.

If you will not be home, you may authorize Stella’s Kitchen to leave your order in a designated safe location. By authorizing an unattended delivery, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to the designated location.

For food-safety reasons, you are responsible for promptly receiving, refrigerating, and properly storing your meals after delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, lack of access instructions, or other circumstances within the customer's control, additional delivery charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.

5. Perishable Food and Food Safety

Stella’s Kitchen prepares and packages perishable food products. Customers are responsible for following all storage, refrigeration, reheating, and use-by instructions provided with their order.

Meals should be refrigerated promptly after delivery and should not be consumed if they have been improperly stored or handled.

Once an order has been delivered to the customer's designated location, Stella’s Kitchen is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, or other issues resulting from improper storage, handling, delayed refrigeration, or other conditions outside of Stella’s Kitchen's control.

6. Allergens and Dietary Information

Stella’s Kitchen provides ingredient and dietary information for our products to help customers make informed choices.

Although we take reasonable precautions in the preparation and handling of food, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or unintended cross-contact unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order and should contact Stella’s Kitchen with questions before consuming a product.

If you have a severe food allergy or other dietary concern, please contact us before ordering.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Because Stella’s Kitchen prepares meals based on customer orders, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited once an order has entered production.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact Stella’s Kitchen as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before the applicable production deadline.

If an order has already entered production, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.

If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, is delivered incorrectly, or presents another issue attributable to Stella’s Kitchen, please contact us promptly. We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

When appropriate, Stella’s Kitchen may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account with Stella’s Kitchen, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and should notify Stella’s Kitchen promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the Stella’s Kitchen website only for lawful purposes.

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.

However, product appearance, packaging, availability, and ingredients may occasionally change.
