What are the differences in sizes?
We offer 2 sizes for our meal plans: small, regular, and large
- regular meals contain 4 oz cooked protein, plus sides
- large meals contain 6 oz cooked protein, plus sides
Can I customize my meal?
Due to the nature of meal prep, we are unable to to customize meals past the options provided when ordering
Is it always the same meals?
No! We want your meal prep experience to stay new and exciting so we update our menu weekly, following the season so we can utilize all the great ingredients we have in the Northwest!
